What To Wear To A Job Fair: The Cool Weather Edition

So what we previously discussed potential job fair outfits but, the weather is much cooler (if you didn't notice) and it definitely limits changes your clothing options. We already know how to dress for an interview now I think it doesn't hurt to revisit the job fair situation especially given the experiences I had at my last two job fairs for a while. I'll just give you them a reminder that you shouldn't wear jeans or pajamas! A job fair isn't a casual affair for most employers and you want to be thought of as a potential employee therefore you should dress the part. You can wear a suit but, if you don't have one or want to save that look for a potential interview you can try out some of the styles I've illustrated below.

These are just a few ideas of what you could wear. You know you don't have to dress in completely formal business attire to attend a job fair (although, it doesn't hurt) but, you do want to convey a sense of professionalism in what you are wearing. The person you meet at the fair is your ticket in and you want to make a great impression!
